SERVICES

Every service exists to do one thing: maximize the outcome of your transaction.

We don't offer services as a menu. We structure our work around your specific mandate — whether that's exiting a business, acquiring a competitor, raising capital, or planning a succession.

01
Sell-side advisory
For business owners
We represent business owners who want to sell. Our job is to find the right buyer, at the right price, under terms that protect you — while you continue running your business.
What we do
We begin with a full valuation and financial review. We build a confidential information memorandum that presents your business in its best, most credible light. We run structured outreach to qualified buyers — strategic acquirers, private equity, family offices, and individual investors — without disclosing your identity until an NDA is in place. We manage all negotiation, letter of intent review, due diligence coordination, and final closing.
